Boat Anchors K5OG |
I've been an amateur radio operator since 1975. I earned my
Amateur Extra License
December 6, 1977.
It is a REAL Amateur Extra Class License,
earned before an FCC examiner. The code test was 5 minutes at 20 wpm.
You had to have 1 minute of copy with NO ERRORS.
As the the years went by I
began to miss the radios everyone was using back then.
It is a great pleasure that I am at a time in my life where
I can collect and preserve some of
these BOATANCHORS.
